As with everything, it takes a little research to figure out what to get for a year long trip. This time... Luggage. After some trips to REI, and snooping around the internets, we've settled on the Osprey Sojourn luggage. Converts from rolling suit case to comfortable trekking backpack relatively easy. The goods just arrived in a fancy box labeled: "Muy Fragil". Must be Italian.

Yep, it's going to work great. Now the tough part, how do we fit a year's worth of travel wear in there.
